The cops found a pair of large pot plants growing in the back yard of a Joliet, IL residence last week, but the man of the house explained he was only growing them to train his dog, police said. Not only that, the police say, when asked about the marijuana flourishing in his backyard, the man claimed to possess a "controlled substance license."
