Army Officers with Top Secret Clearance were smoking marijuana, and no one suggests having the Officers tested for Drug use. Opiates should have been tested for immediately, after learning these Army Officers were using marijuana. Afghanistan is the worlds leading supplier of Opium and its use is a known as a major problem for the Army....
