US Congressman Mark Steven Kirk has introduced legislation that will, if passed promote the sale of some of the most harmful drugs. The Legislation, introduced this year under cover of night would keep cocaine, heroin, and meth dealers from choosing to sell stronger, safer strains of marijuana instead of more harmful drugs.
