As always, the doctors, public, and this time the politicians are behind the rational reform of marijuana prohibition laws to protect suffering patients.
Senate Bill 94 in Delaware will protect patients from being persecuted by police. We all know that the cops think they rule the world, so it is no surprse that they would oppose this bill.
