Mexico is decriminalizing small amounts of marijuana, cocaine, heroin, ecstasy and crystal meth. Will the US start to decriminalize leading eventually to government regulation and taxation and an end to the golden age of crime that Drug Prohibition has produced. If we do maybe Al Capone will stop laughing at us from his perch in hell!
