Randall Pryor was charged with cultivating cannabis after an anonymous tipster told sheriff’s deputies the man was growing pot at a home in unincorporated Brevard north of the Satellite Beach city limits.
Pryor told officials that he was growing his own marijuana because he didn’t want to buy it off of the streets anymore.
